Where can I order?

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes absolutely! We are a UK brand, we offer international shipping through both express and standard shipping. You can shop & checkout our website in your local currency.

What barrel size do I need?

Our sets come in sizes small, medium, large or mixed & you can choose what size you want. For help choosing the correct size for you checkout our barrel page on our website of hit our instagram highlight 'Barrel Size"

Can I buy now pay later?

Great news - yes you can! We offer Klarna, Clearpay & Afterpay

Will I be charged custom fees?

There will be no custom fees on UK orders. For our international customers outside the UK, our international checkout will clearly display any custom charges that apply to your order before you complete checkout. Unfortunately we have no control over custom ans duties but we do clearly indicate these to you if they apply.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Visa debit, Mastercard and American Express), as well as Paypal and Apple Pay. We also offer pay later options with Klarna, Afterpay & Clearpay

Can I amend my order?

We are super quick at processing orders to make sure that you recieve it as soon as possible. Once an order has been placed we might be unable to cancel it. Can I order all one size?

Yes, you sure can! You can choose your size when you order your set.

Can I order a handle, I lost mine?

Yes, you can shop on our website for extras/ replacements including our Pro Blo handle and clips.

Where is my order?

Orders are processed within 24 working hours and tracking is automatically sent via email. Sometimes this can drop into your junk inbox so please check that too, or log into your account. STEP ONE

Rough dry your hair to around 80% dry & then section into neat managable sections (no wider than the width of the barrel)

STEP TWO

Blowdry the section with your Pro Blo barrel, pointing the heat downwards, ensure the section is fully dry, including the root.

STEP THREE

Brush section from root to end to ensure it's smooth and tanlge free.

STEP FOUR

Roll up the barrel, unclip the handle and place clip to hold it in place (don't roll to tight, if the bristles are poking through it's too tight, unroll and go again)

STEP FIVE

Work through all you hair until it is all rolled up, leave to cool.

STEP SIX

Remove each barrel one by one, unroll it (don't yank).

STEP SEVEN

Style out your blow how you prefer, fingers, comb, shake it

How do i stop kinks from the clips?

The kinks will appear if your hiar is slightly wet when you roll up the barrel. Your hair must be 100% dry before you roll up and clip the barrel in place, this will stop kinks. More importantly if your hair is damp (especially at the root) when you roll up the barrel the blowdry will drop.

How to stop tangling?

To achieve smooth, easy results you need to work in neat managable sections. The section of hair should be no wider than the width of the barrel, before you roll it up to cool brush the section from root to tip so it is smooth, and when removing the barrel roll it out slowly - dont yank! Do this, and there will be no tangles.

Can i Pro Blo hair Extentions?

How to make my results last longer?

The best way to maintain your blowdry is to make sure your hair is fully dry before you roll up the barrel, and leave it to fully cool before you remove. If your hair naturally drops quick you Can use products such as a holding serum.

Can i Pro Blo short hair?

Yes of course, our brushes are used on all hair types from pixie crop to longer fuller hair.

How to make it less frizzy?

If you hair is frizzy it's likely due to how its been dried, make sure to always point the heat from your hairdryer downwards, use a nozel on your hairdryer if you have one and brush the section from root to tip before you roll it up to cool.
